Another trade question regarding the bulls?

What about Rudy Gay to the Bulls. It looks as if the Grizzlies think they play better without him and making Z-Bo the #1 option, and they want to trade him. How about Deng? Perfect fit for them, plays great Defense and would be a great defender on Durant in the playoffs, he shoots the 3, and scores about 17 ppg within the flow of the offense and doesn't need the ball to do so. Rudy Gay is what the Bulls need, Plays D like Deng, shoots the 3, and would take some of offensive load off of Derrick Rose. Also the Bulls would need to throw in both picks this year, and Charlotte's pick (Potentially unprotected in a couple of years or high lottery pick next year). So Deng and 3 picks for Gay. Seems pretty fair?
