Why is there a double standard when it comes to Derrick Rose and other PG's in the league?

I agree, Deron Williams is the better point guard between the two. However if Westbrook can just pass the ball and take a few less shots, he would be better then Rose. Rose is still a great finisher at the rim. And yes, I do think Rose is overrated.
