If I went to CSUN or CSLA would it be possible to transfer to UC Irvine?

It's really hard to get classes in CCs and I've been accepted to CSUN, Cal state LA and Cal State Channel Islands but I really want to graduate from a UC. Is it possible to transfer from one of those schools to UC irvine or Santa Barbara?
