Out of state tuition... community college?

This varies from state to state. In NY, for example, you actually need to have a specific form notarized to prove that you've been living in the state for over a certain number of months. Different states treat this differently. If you have an idea for the states you'd like to go to, then contact the ccs there and find out what they need re: proof of residency.
