How long does CCS.com take to ship my package?

How long will ccs.com to ship my flat bar to Toronto, ON? It's been Unshipped - waiting on approval for like a day now , just wondering if there's anything long, and when they send my package and drop it on my door, do i need to sign to recieve it? thank you.
