I need help to size myself for a Skateboard.?

I am looking to get my first skateboard,(Well, not really, i have ridden before but this is the first one that i own myself.) and am very confused on the sizes. I am on ccs.com and am looking to order a completed board. Now,my question is, what sizes should i get? I am about 5' 8" and wear a size 9.5 shoe. i don't know what other measurements you would need but just tell me. thank you in advance
