Pocket bike wont run?

i just got a ninja zx-7r sp2 not sure how many ccs it is.. its 2 stroke it doesnt have an air filter on it but carb was clean on inside it runs for a while but will not stay running at idle without the choke on,, u have to keep it at full throttle and not let off the gas to keep it running... if someone could tell me possible problems hoow to fix and a site to buy parts for this particular bike it would be bvery helpfull im handy with tools and and good with motors just not familiar with pocket bikes.... i would really like to get this bike running and get into riding pocket bikes.. it had electric start but the batrtery wont hold a charges so i have to pull start.. its basically junk.. just good enough to ride if it would stay running
