Tom Thibodeau: How long can the Bulls listen to his stubbornness?

Thibs only had a short amount of time to get this team to how he wanted it to be. I bet he spent pretty much all of last years off season getting the defensive side of things perfect. I expect next year the bulls to be alot more fluid on offense. He probably had a 2 year plan for this team and still ended up making the Conference finals.
