Uti cured but still feel pressure of going?

Im 25/m and started feeling like i couldnt urinate last thursday and by saterday i was at the docter and diagnosed with a uti. From Saterday to today has been hell. I went back to the er yesterday and they tested my urine and said i didnt have a uti but i still cant go pee without forcing it out. My blatter feels full but there is nothing there. It felt so full yesterday that the nurse only said i had a 100 ccs of urine in me. Im so tired of having to try and go but i cant. The past couple nights ive woken up out of my sleep and have went just fine. I have a very hard time going throughout the day though. I drink tons and tons of water but nothing comes out. All i wanna do is stop living because my private area has been taken away from me. Will the pressure ever stop and will i ever be able to pee normally again.
