Was it a disrespect to Chris Paul that he was not on the first or 2nd All NBA team?

The only reason that Westbrook and D. Rose got to the Conference Finals is because they had an easier road to get there and had a better supporting cast. Rose had Boozer, Deng, Noah, Korver. Westbrook had Durant, Perkins, and Hardin. None of them beat a team that was ranked higher than fifth seed. Whereas Chris Paul had the misfortune of playing the Lakers in the first round without David West.
